Inspired by the French word for seed, Pépin symbolizes new beginnings—fresh flavours, seasonal creativity, and memorable moments around the table.

Much more than a simple bistro, it’s a vibrant dining bar where food and drinks bring people together. Under Chef Justin’s vision, the menu evolves with the seasons, featuring French-inspired dishes reimagined with a fresh, modern twist. Pépin is the in-house restaurant for YUST Liège, making it part of an established range of hospitality brands.

Pépin’s branding blends warmth with modern refinement. The handwritten logo adds a personal, inviting touch—hinting at nostalgia while keeping things fresh and approachable.

The subtle tilt in the typography adds a sense of movement and curiosity, hinting at a restaurant that isn’t afraid to explore, push boundaries, and rethink traditions.

We’ve chosen deep green and soft off-white tones to reflect a connection to quality ingredients, natural inspiration, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Together, these elements create a brand that feels both grounded and contemporary, much like the evolving menu it represents.
