Sheltr wants to be the sustainable answer to traditional housing by reducing people’s footprint, spending less money and having more fun. It’s a co-housing project with private rooms and shared living spaces. An all-inclusive rate provides people with hotel-like amenities, so they can live worry-free.

We created a visual language that can *pop*, allowing for both on- and offline communication. Bright, positive and helpful is what Sheltr is about, even when they’re explaining their house rules. A typographic key was created to ensure the anonymity of their locations, and thus also for the people living there. offers you a complete overview of local and convenient hotspots nearby. Should you be a stranger in a new city, they are happy to give you clear directions when looking for something new. Backed by our digital style guide, this and other content can be visualised as Sheltr desires while remaining accessible to all.
