Treasures made by tradition

LuLu, meaning pearl in Swahili, is a collection of authentic hand made objects telling a true story. These products and stories are collected by Griet Hendrickx, photographer, friend & mother documenting stories and social issues in East-Africa and beyond.

Together with Griet, we created a clean aesthetic that fitted her project. We’re bringing her wondrous tales to life, by creating both a visual and contextual narrative for each object.

Lulu is an ongoing project. Just sprouted, we're giving it enough space to evolve and grow. Expect more applications soon!
